Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.


United States & Canada

We offer FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS across the USA and Canada on orders of $98 USD or more.

  • Orders $98 USD and above: Free shipping

  • Orders below $98 USD: A non-refundable flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD applies

  • Free returns within 14 days (see return section below)

Delivery times vary depending on location.


Australia & International Shipping

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Fuchsia Shoes does not control or collect these fees and cannot estimate the amount in advance.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international order is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to:

  • Non-payment of customs duties or taxes

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

The order will not be eligible for a refund.

In cases where a carrier returns the package to us, any return shipping charges, customs fees, or penalties incurred will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

We strongly encourage customers to review their country’s import policies before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.


United States & Canada Returns

For U.S. and Canada orders:

  • Orders over $98 USD qualify for FREE RETURNS

  • Orders under $98 USD are eligible for return, but original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method


Australia & International Returns

International orders (including Australia) are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided items meet return eligibility requirements.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Because international returns can be costly, we strongly recommend contacting us for sizing guidance before placing your order.


How To Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at team@fuchsiashoes.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  3. Reason for return (optional but helpful)

  4. For exchanges: the size or style you would like instead

Our team will respond with next steps and return instructions.


When Will My Refund Be Processed?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm availability.

If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we can offer:

  • A refund (if eligible), or

  • Store credit


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@fuchsiashoes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Each pair of Fuchsia Shoes is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in embroidery, color, or finish are part of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
