Return And Exchange Policy in USA
We’ll do all we can to help you love your Fuchsia flats. Unworn shoes can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. We offer FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS all over the USA, except items marked on final sale.
FINAL SALE: Items marked as “final sale” are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Once in a while we are able to offer markdown prices on our handmade shoes for certain styles we make too much. If you are unsure of your Fuchsia size, or purchasing for the first time, we strongly recommend you not to select mark down shoes. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on clearance items and the last thing we want you is to be unhappy about this. Unless you are very sure of your size. You can also email us if you need help selecting your size.
How To Start A Refund/Exchange?
- To initiate a return or exchange request, please start off by emailing us at Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide a brief description of your return/exchange reason.
- Our customer support rep will follow up within 24 hours unless you are mailing us on Friday afternoon. In which case, we will get back to you the following business day.PRO TIP- If this window has passed, and you haven’t heard back from us, please check your SPAM folder.
- Download and print the prepaid shipping label our support team will provide you, in response to this email. Put it on the shoe box and send the package back within 14 days of initiating this request.
When Will The Refund Be Processed?
Please allow up to 2 weeks to have your return processed, oftentimes all the magic will happen in less than 2 weeks but we appreciate your patience either way. Also, please understand during the holidays it could take a little more than 2 weeks (we’re a very small team), but we will always work hard to try to hit that 2 weeks at most. You’ll receive e-mail confirmation when we’ve issued a refund or store credit.

FREE International Shipping
We provide FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $99, except for a few countries. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
International Customs and Duty :
Unfortunately, our prices don't include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the stuff you may be charged to receive your Fuchsia shipment at home. *Make sure you consider all fees,* because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc. (we won't be able to refund you if you change your mind).
International Return and Exchange
We accept exchanges or returns on unworn shoes within 60 days of receiving them. At this time, we do not offer a return shipping label for our International customers, but you are free to use the shipping method of your choice to send the items back to us! We always recommend one that provides a tracking number so that you can follow your return on its journey back to us.
Once we receive and process your request, our returns team will notify you via email!
Tip: We totally understand that returns can happen when ordering for shoes online. To avoid running into this situation, we encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
