Is Fuchsia Shoes Inc. fair trade?

We strive to be a company our employees and customers can be proud of. For us, that means doing our best to support the artisans and communities we serve. Fuchsia is the only company providing cottage industry artisans more than fair market value wages, profit – sharing and medical allowances in Sangla, Pakistan at the moment. Watch this video here.

What is a "Khussa" shoe?

Khussa shoes are traditional leather ballet flats from South Asia. The unique styles have been handcrafted by footwear artisans across India, China and countries throughout the subcontinent dating back several centuries.

What do you mean by "handmade shoes"?

It means there is no machine usage in the making of our shoes. Our shoes are not mass produced and each piece is individually handcrafted by our artisans by using century old craftsmanship.

How are Fuchsia's Khussa shoes made?

It takes around 30 steps and 3 days to make a pair of Fuchsia khussa (Ballet Flats). For details you can read blog by our co-founders.

Are Fuchsia shoes comfortable?

Yes. If you get these shoes in your right size, we guarantee you will find them surprisingly comfortable. We used EVA padded footbed which is the also one of the best shock absorption material available today on the market. The inner walls of leather are covered by suede lining for a softer feel.

Are Fuchsia shoes durable?

Yes, we use top quality raw material and superior craftsmanship techniques to make our shoe as durable as they can be.

Are Fuchsia shoes true to US sizes?


Do you offer in between sizing?

Not at the moment. But if you are in between sizes, we recommend you order a size up.

How do I measure my shoe size?

You can do this yourself. Refer to our How to Guide here (

When will my order ship?

If you placed an order for a shoe that is available in our inventory we will ship you within 3 business days. For anything that is back-ordered, it takes us a week to prepare your shoe in our production facility in Sangla, Pakistan and 2 weeks of shipping time.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, we provide Free Shipping worldwide.

What happens if the shoes I order doesn't fit me or I don't like the shoes?

We have FREE Returns and FREE exchange policy for USA and Canada. For rest of the world, we offer returns and exchanges too however you’ll have to bear the shipment from your side.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service ( within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How do I return my product?

You can contact us or you can send us email at with the details and we will follow up with you. We reply within 48 hours.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide expect few countries. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Does Fuchsia cover taxes, duty, etc. for international customers?

Unfortunately, our prices don't include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the stuff you may be charged to receive your Fuchsia shipment at home. *Make sure you consider all fees,* because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc. (we won't be able to refund you if you change your mind).

How do I navigate the site?
